All yarns are hand-dyed in small batches, which means variations in color, tone, and speckling are part of their unique charm. We do our best to represent colors accurately in photos, but monitor settings may cause slight differences.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout, and orders are processed once payment has cleared.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Please see our Shipping Policy for full details. Kaleidotoes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery — we’ll always do our best to make it right.
