Because each skein is hand-dyed in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

That said, we want you to love your yarn as much as we loved creating it.

If your order arrives with an issue or isn’t what you expected, please reach out within 7 days of delivery — we’ll do our best to make it right. 💛
