Shipping policy

Orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Processing times may be slightly longer during new product launches or busy seasons, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Domestic & International Shipping:

We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply once your package arrives in your country.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are outside our control. Please contact the carrier directly for updates on delayed or missing shipments, and reach out to us if further assistance is needed — we’re happy to help however we can.
