Subscription & Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscription terms vary by product and plan. The specific billing schedule, price, and duration for your subscription are shown at the time of purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed according to the schedule shown at checkout. Cancellations must be made before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment. Once a payment has been processed, that shipment cannot be canceled or refunded.

Prepaid Subscriptions
Prepaid subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. If your prepaid plan includes more than one billing period, future scheduled payments may be canceled before the next billing date. Cancellation does not refund payments already processed.

Skips & Swaps
Some subscription clubs may offer skip or swap options. Availability, deadlines, and limits are specific to each club and will be communicated to subscribers. Requests received after the stated deadline may not be accommodated.

Shipping
Shipping terms vary by subscription and will be stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
